Group Details

We are seeking an experienced, customer focused individual to lead the Tradeweb Retail FIX connectivity and integration process.ย  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic fixed income trading with a focus on customer service and support. You will be working daily with customers, answering questions, implementing changes and communicating status of projects to internal stakeholders.ย 

Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts.ย  There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off sites.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with customers closely to onboard to the Tradeweb Retail platform, including certification, changes and scheduling.
  • Manage and change configurations for clients as required
  • Support for integrations from inception through to production and afterwards
  • Continually improve the onboarding process
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders up to date on schedules and timing
  • Manage multiple, ongoing implementations and prioritize resources

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in FIX integrations, client onboarding or similar roles
  • 3+ years of experience working with relational databases, preferably Oracle 19
  • 3+ years of experience in fixed-income trading
  • Hands-on experience with FIX certification and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Git commands (gitlab), reading and debugging SQL, Java and other programs
  • Experience with Linux commands
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with buy-side/sell-side venues and OMS vendors (Bloomberg, Aladdin, IDN)
  • Writing Java and PL/SQL code for message routing and translation

  • This role is expected to remain open until 8/20/26.
