Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Product Integration Lead to help power our Promo Track & Field business. In this role, you will bring teams together, unlock clarity, and keep the work moving-helping the Track & Field team deliver exceptional product with speed, precision, and purpose. You will partner closely with Product Management, Development, Design, and Integration teammates to drive clear communication, timely decisions, and strong calendar discipline across the business.
The ideal candidate is a connector and catalyst-someone who builds trust, creates momentum, and thrives in the gray. They know how to lead conversations, bring the right people together, and turn ambiguity into action.
What You Will Work On
You will help drive the product creation offense from concept through delivery, creating focus and accountability across Promo, Team, and Event processes. You will lead communication, connect the dots across functions, and create the clarity teams need to move fast and deliver for athletes. You will also help integrate new initiatives and tools that make the work smarter, more connected, and more impactful.
Who You Will Work With
You will report to the Running and Training AP Product Integration Director within the Innovation, Design, Product (IDP) Integration team. You will work side by side with the Promo Track & Field Product Management team and key partners across Design, Development, GLAM, Planning, and Sports Marketing to help bring product stories to life.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 3 years of experience in product creation or a relevant industry, with apparel experience preferred
  • Strong process and operational experience across the end-to-end product creation journey
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Clear, confident communication and strong collaboration skills
  • Passionate, curious problem-solver
  • Ability to influence, facilitate, and create alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and guiding teams toward clarity, action, and results
