About the Role

As an Intake Specialist, you are the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to our firm. You’ll qualify new leads, gather key information, and ensure a smooth handoff to our legal teams so clients feel supported from day one. What You’ll Do

  • Receive and make calls to leads from various sources (phone, web, referrals).
