Job description

University Home Care Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Homecare Intake Specialist preferably with Kinnser experience to join our team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the intake process for homecare services, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and providing excellent service to clients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments using the Kinnser software system.
  • Collect and verify client information and necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, clients, and families to facilitate care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling initial homecare visits and follow-up appointments.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Kinnser software or similar homecare intake systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
