What You Will Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, referral sources, and caregivers, providing professional and compassionate customer service.
  • Coordinate the intake process from referral to admission, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with agency policies.
  • Communicate with physicians, referral sources, patients, families, and internal staff to facilitate timely initiation of services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and enter information into agency systems while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Assist with interviewing caregiver applicants and support recruiting efforts as needed.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and office support duties to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn all aspects of the home care agency, providing cross-coverage and support for various office functions as needed.
