Your Impact:

The Insurance Agent, Personal Lines,is responsible forselling and servicing Property and Casualty insurance products in a fast-paced, high-volume insurance sales environment. This role requires prior experience working as a licensed insurance agent, managing a strong flow of inbound and outbound client interactions, and working with multiple insurance carriers.

The agent will handle new business, cross-selling, renewals, and policy rewrites whileprovidingconsultative guidance to customers. An active Texas P&C license isrequired.

Position Details:

  • Start Date:August 3, 2026

  • Pay:$50,000/ year + uncapped commission

  • Location: Austin, TX or remote in the following states: AL, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MS, MT, NC, NJ, OH, SC

  • Austin HQ: 2010 E 6th St, Austin, TX (onsite position)

  • Schedule:Full-time, Monday-Friday, with paid training

  • License Required: ActiveTexas Property & Casualty License

  • Work Experience:Minimum of 2 years of Personal Lines insurance sales experience required.

Please note that if you are applying from Austin or the surrounding areas, this position will be onsite, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid or remote schedule based on performance.

What You'll Do:

Sell and service Property and Casualty insurance policies in aHigh-volume insurance sales environment.

  • Handle inbound calls from the National Sales Centerqueueandconduct outbound sales outreach.

  • Work with multiple insurance carriers to quote, bind, rewrite, and re-shop policies.

  • Use a consultative approach to recommend coverage that aligns with customer needs, preferences, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

  • Meet or exceed sales and retention goals through new business, cross-selling, and renewal conversations.

  • Re-shop and rewrite existing customer policies to improve coverage or pricing whenappropriate.

  • Accurately enter andmaintainclient andprospectinformation in the Agency Management System and complete assigned activities.

  • Complete required training and successfully pass assignedWe Insurecourses.

  • Maintain professional and effective relationships with clients, teammates, carriers, and business partners.

  • Communicate sales opportunities, customer feedback, and concerns to leadership asappropriate.

  • Build andmaintaina strong network within their local market, attend industry and insurance events, and actively promote themselves and the business withintheirlocal market.

What You'll Bring:

  • Active Texas Property and Casualty license (2-20required).

  • Prior experience working as aLicensed Insurance Sales Agent.

  • Experience working with multiple insurance carriers.

  • Proven success selling P&C insurance products and policies.

  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to clearly explain insurance concepts.

  • Ability to manage high call volume in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Strong attention to detail andaccuratedocumentation skills.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior Property and Casualty insurance sales experiencerequired.

  • High school diploma or GEDrequired.

Base Salary Range:
