Description

ATSI is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative & Business Operations Specialist to support the Command and Business Director office (0BD). This role is critical to the smooth operation of day-to-day business functions, strategic initiatives, and data management efforts across the organization.


General Administrative & Business Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Director office
  • Process Defense Travel System (DTS) authorizations and vouchers accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage document writing, editing, version control, and overall records management
  • Order and track office supplies; maintain building seating and space utilization records
  • Coordinate the drafting, routing, and tracking of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs)
  • Liaise with internal offices and external partners to facilitate agreement execution
  • Assist in the development, review, and updating of organizational strategies and plans
  • Conduct research, analysis, and planning support across a range of mission-driven initiatives
  • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable reports and briefings for leadership
  • Collect, review, and track data calls from internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on Command action items to ensure timely follow-through
  • Maintain data integrity using organizational databases and reporting tools

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience supporting senior-level staff or federal government

Experience in administrative or business operations support, preferably in a government or DoD environment

Proficiency with Defense Travel System (DTS)

Familiarity with MOU/MOA coordination processes

Strong skills in data management, records keeping, and reporting tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level clearance
