As an Imaging Center Hospitality Associate, you'll be the face of our Fairfax Breast Center. What You'll Do
As an Imaging Center Hospitality Associate, you'll help create an outstanding patient experience from the moment patients arrive until they leave our center.
Deliver an Exceptional Welcome
  • Greet every patient and visitor with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Create a welcoming, supportive environment for patients and families
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality throughout every interaction
Coordinate Patient Registration
  • Register patients accurately using our Radiology Information System (RIS)
  • Collect identification, physician orders, insurance information, and payments
  • Scan and maintain patient documentation to ensure billing accuracy
  • Verify orders and pre-authorizations, escalating discrepancies when appropriate
Support Patient Flow
  • Monitor patient arrivals and appointment status
  • Communicate delays with empathy and professionalism
  • Assist with same-day scheduling requests, walk-in X-rays, and other patient needs
  • Help ensure an efficient, organized patient experience throughout the day
Provide Administrative Support
  • Answer incoming calls using FRC's professional phone etiquette standards
  • Route calls and relay messages appropriately
  • Burn or load imaging DVDs and assist with medical record requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting area
Protect Patient Privacy
  • Safeguard confidential patient information
  • Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies
  • Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in every interaction
What You'll Bring
Required

Based on your qualifications and experience, the compensation range for this position is:
$19.13 - $20.81 - $22.50 - $24.19 per hour
