State Insurance USA is expanding quickly! We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care Team. This position plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and policy retention by ensuring policies are handled efficiently, accurately, and with elite customer service. This is a Full-Time position, and the role will be performed at our Estero location. Working hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday-Friday (No Weekends!).

If you are passionate about helping others, you will thrive in this role, providing expert guidance and support to ensure every clients needs are met. At State Insurance USA, you will join a collaborative, value driven team that treats clients like family and supports one another in growth and development. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and play a key role in enhancing our client relationships. You must have exceptional attention to detail, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be self motivated and dependable. Strong computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a customer service mindset are essential for this role. You must be willing to obtain your 4-40 insurance license (with our assistance). We are willing to train the right person.

Requirements

-2+ years Customer Service experience.

-Professional Phone Skills are essential.

-Willing to obtain 4-40 Florida Property & Casualty License. Licensing assistance provided

-Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

-A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

-Effective problem-solving and multitasking.
