Our team of professionals includes board-certified child/adolescent and adult psychiatrists, licensed clinical therapists, nurses and mental health associates who are here to help people reconnect with their families, friends and employers so that they may lead productive lives. Under the supervision of the Director of Health Information Management/Medical Records, the Transcription Coordinator transcribes medical data from recorded dictation.  This position audits, sorts, and files copies of transcribed reports.  The Transcription Coordinator may perform other clerical duties to include chart assembly and analysis, indexing, correspondence, filing, stamping outgoing mail, physician notification of delinquent records, and compilation of statistics.
