Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Manager to join our team.

This associate drives excellence through the development of training content, structured onboarding experiences, and scalable learning systems that empower the broader team. Key Responsibilities Content Development Design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training guides, job aids, SOPs, videos, and reference documents. Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and department leaders to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.

Apply learning principles and instructional design best practices to all content creation. Regularly review and update existing training content to reflect process changes and system updates, including the our operating playbook on Sharepoint. Manage a centralized training library to ensure all materials are organized, accessible, and current.

Identify gaps in existing process knowledge across departments and develop targeted training solutions to address them. Conduct needs assessments and learning gap analyses to ensure training programs align with organizational priorities. Develop and track key training metrics (e.g., completion rates, assessment scores, time-to-competency) and report results to leadership.

Support the rollout of new processes, systems, or tools by designing and delivering training programs in advance of implementation. Recommend improvements to training processes and workflows based on data, feedback, and best practices. Training Lead and facilitate new associate onboarding training sessions, ensuring all new hires are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in their roles from day one.

Develop and continuously improve a structured onboarding curriculum that covers company processes, systems, policies, and role-specific expectations. Administer onboarding assessments and gather feedback from new hires to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

4 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related learning and development role. Demonstrated experience developing training content and facilitating training sessions for adult learners. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) preferred.

Preferred Skills Experience in e.g., title & escrow, real estate technology, SaaS, or financial services. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements. Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments and with all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus. Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision of others.
