Crunch Fitness is coming and we are looking for energetic, enthusiastic people that are passionate about health and fitness to join our rapidly growing team!
The Personal Training Manager Role
The Personal Training Manager is the driving force behind the club's fitness results and revenue. You are the "Coach of the Coaches," responsible for building a world-class team of trainers, driving personal training sales, and ensuring every member who walks through our doors has a clear path to their goals. This is a leadership role that demands a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, elite fitness knowledge, and a passion for people development.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Building the Dream Team: Recruiting, hiring, and mentoring a diverse squad of Personal Trainers, ensuring they are masters of their craft.
  • Driving the Business: Owning the personal training department's revenue. You'll lead the sales process, from initial member assessments to closing long-term training packages.
  • Member Success: Overseeing the "CrunchOne Kickoff" and ensuring that our members are getting the results they signed up for through high-quality programming.
  • Maintaining the Standard: Ensuring the gym floor is energized, safe, and professional, upholding the "No Judgments" philosophy at all times.

The Ideal PTM Candidate
We are looking for a leader who leads by example. You aren't just a manager; you are a motivator who understands that your success is measured by the success of your team and your clients.
You're the perfect fit if:
  • You're a Sales Powerhouse: You're comfortable hitting targets and can teach others how to communicate the value of personal training without being "pushy."
  • You're a Talent Scout: You have an eye for greatness and know how to develop a "good" trainer into a "great" one.
  • You're an Expert Generalist: You have a deep understanding of Strength, HIIT, Core, and Functional Training, allowing you to provide high-level feedback to your staff.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Certified Leader: Current Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, or ACE) and CPR/AED.
  • Management Pedigree: 1-2 years of experience in fitness management or leading a high-performing sales team.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in any (or all!) of the following:
    • Personal Training Sales: A history of meeting or exceeding monthly revenue goals.
    • Program Design: Expertise in creating periodized programs for a wide range of clients (Weight Loss, Hypertrophy, Athletic Performance).
    • Boxing/HIIT/Yoga Integration: Understanding how to sell and integrate our boutique-style offerings (like Hot Stuff and HIITZone) into a client's personal training plan.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
