WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS AN INSURANCE TELEPHONE AUDITOR?

Each day, you'll dig into business details, verify classifications, analyze documentation, and prepare detailed Premium Audit reports that directly impact commercial insurance policies. Every interaction gives you the opportunity to strengthen your communication, analytical, and reporting skills while becoming a trusted resource within the auditing process. Your work will help deliver accuracy, clarity, and confidence for insurance carriers while creating rewarding professional growth opportunities for yourself.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR INSURANCE TELEPHONE AUDITOR?

  • Premium audit experience
  • Some finance, accounting, payroll, and/or bookkeeping experience
  • Experience related to financial analysis and/or loan services
  • Administrative skills and office management abilities
  • A higher degree in a field such as accounting, business, mathematics, education, marketing, or business management is highly desired and may be accepted in lieu of experience!
  • Comfort with using computers, technology, and Microsoft programs
  • Effective communication skills (verbal & written) with collaborative interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organized, manage your time effectively, and work independently to meet goals
  • Flexibility, attention to detail, and efficient multitasking skills
