The Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the product is positioned correctly in the market and that it meets the needs of the target audience. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the product, the market, and the competition.

The marketing manager should be able to communicate the value of the product to potential customers and ensure that the marketing message is consistent across all channels. The marketing manager is also responsible for generating content, creating and executing email marketing campaigns google ads, google analytics, SEO, and working closely with the sales team to provide them with all marketing collateral they need to be successful.

In addition, it’s vital for the marketing manager to keep up with industry trends and changes in the market and to make adjustments to the go-to-market strategy as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead key initiatives included in the Digital Marketing Strategic plan with specific timetables and achieve target objectives
  • Manage marketing team (3)
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure that they have the tools and resources they need to sell the product effectively
  • Responsible for the execution of day-to-day activities for: Social Media initiatives, paid ads, SEO, blogs, etc.
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics
  • Experience in managing assigned budgets and resources
Skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager for Insurance, SaaS product or in IT Software Technology preferred
  • Expert knowledge of HubSpot
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective and measurable Digital Marketing programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, and product development
  • Familiar with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot and ClickUP
  • Strong work ethic and superior time management
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills required
