Celestar seeks Senior Analytic Methodologist (Strategy Synchronizing) to support USCYBERCOM J2 at the National Capital Region (NCR).

ANTICIPATED AWARD: July 2026

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: National Capital Region (NCR)

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with current Poly (≤5 yrs).

Responsibilities
  • Develop analytic strategies to resolve defense intelligence key requirements.
  • Support intelligence framework development for cyber defense enterprise.
  • Plan and guide long‑term growth strategy for cyber enterprise.
  • Coordinate processes to mature cyber defense enterprise.
  • Document operating instructions for command‑wide programs.
Required Qualifications / Skills
  • 12+ yrs experience in labor category, master’s degree, recent 2 yrs activity.
  • 17+ yrs experience, bachelor’s degree, recent 2 yrs activity.
  • In‑depth knowledge of labor category mission‑critical tasks.
  • Can work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Active TS/SCI with current Poly (≤5 yrs).
