- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition to inform treatment adjustments.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, communication, and social skills development.
- Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching new skills using evidence-based strategies tailored to individual needs.
