Job description

LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting a Software Developer to support our contract at PEO STRI in Orlando, FL.

Position Overview:

  • LinTech Global is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly low-code solutions.
  • The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across the Power Platform, understands enterprise environments, and can work independently on moderately complex solutions while following governance and best practices.

Job Duties:

  • Design, develop, and support solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Build and maintain workflows and integrations using Power Automate
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Configure and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and data models
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and external systems (via connectors, APIs, or Azure services)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
  • Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing Power Platform solutions
  • Follow established governance, security, and deployment standards
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and user support activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL)
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Power Fx, or REST APIs
  • Experience in an enterprise or regulated environment
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or similar)
  • Experience with Agile or ITSM-based development processes

Required Qualifications:

  • IAT II Required to Start, i.e. CompTIA Security+ce.
  • DoD Secret Security Clearance is required to Start.
  • 1-3 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience working with Dataverse and data modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)
  • Understanding of environment management, solution packaging, and deployments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business users.
