Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of insurance sales agents
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including lead distribution and pipeline management
  • Support agents in closing complex or high-value policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers

Requirements
