Licensing: A valid P&C license. Massachusetts Property & Casualty License is preferred but not required-Will pay for any non-resident License required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field required-

Customer-Oriented: Strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate efficiently with a team, fostering positive relationships.
