The Bill Weychert State Farm Agency is seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales Representativee to join our team!

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for a confident, sales-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending insurance solutions that provide meaningful protection.

As an Insurance Sales Representative you will help drive agency growth by developing relationships with prospective and existing customers, conducting needs-based conversations, and presenting appropriate auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.

The ideal candidate is competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance, earning potential, and long-term career growth. You should be comfortable initiating conversations, following up consistently, asking for the business, and being accountable for individual and agency production goals.

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

  • Property & Casualty license must be obtained before the first day of employment
  • Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of starting
