Insurance Sales Specialist (Licensed Required) – Fully Remote

The John Nicolucci Agency is expanding and looking for a driven, high-performing Insurance Sales Specialist who thrives in a competitive environment and knows how to turn opportunities into results. We’re seeking licensed professionals who love to sell, exceed goals, and be rewarded for top-tier performance.
This is a fully remote, full-time position with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. We provide warm leads, strong mentorship, and a fast-paced, results-focused team environment built for high achievers.
What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  • Present and recommend personalized insurance solutions with confidence.
