Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.

Develop and maintain client relationships.


Requirements

A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred - Must be able to obtain with in 30days of hire (license assistance is available)

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Prior Sales Experience.
