Berlon Insurance Agency, LLC, located in Kettering, Ohio, is seeking a confident, motivated, and career-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. This position is ideal for someone with a proven sales background who is ready to apply their skills within the insurance industry and grow professionally.

In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers, promote our insurance products, and guide clients toward coverage options that best meet their needs. Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals by generating insurance quotes, delivering presentations, closing sales, and consistently pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Perform proactive lead generation through cold calling, direct emails, and other outreach methods while gathering and entering prospect information accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls promptly, returning messages quickly, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records by documenting all customer interactions in eAgent and verifying/updating contact and policy information during each communication.
  • Follow all compliance and underwriting guidelines to ensure proper rating, documentation, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
