This role offers a minimun base salary of $18 pre hour based on experience, its inclisive of bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs
  • No Cold calling
  • Present coverage options in a clear, helpful way so clients can make informed choices
  • Prepare quotes, update policies, and support the sales process from start to finish
  • Follow up on leads, renewals, and referrals with consistency and care
  • Build lasting client relationships through reliable service and responsive communication
  • Identify opportunities to round out coverage based on each client’s situation
  • Work closely with the team to support agency goals and deliver a smooth client experience
  • Maintain accurate records and keep client information organized in the system
Requirements
  • A Property Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Prior 1 year experience in home and auto sales insurance in Florida prefered
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • Ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently
  • Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software
  • Strong organization and follow-through with client requests and renewals
  • Preferred familiarity with quoting systems, policy changes, and cross-selling opportunities
