We are seeking a motivated and results-driven representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to territory management and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As an entry-level insurance sales representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, addressing client needs effectively.
  • Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Manage accounts by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify business development opportunities and strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.

Skills Recommended

· Experience in customer service/sales is preferred, especially in inside sales or direct sales environments.

· Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
