The Farmers Insurance Plymouth District Office is hiring an Agency Business Consultant or Sales Manager to help recruit, train, and grow top-performing insurance agents.


This position blends sales leadership, business consulting, and recruiting expertise to drive growth across more than 40 active agencies. Ideal for experienced professionals in insurance sales management, recruiting, or sales training who want to make an impact and advance to District Manager. Competitive base, bonuses and flexibility.


About the Role

As a Farmers Insurance Agency Business Consultant, you will be the strategic partner and performance coach for a network of agents. You will help agents scale their business, improve sales performance, and recruit new producers. You will also lead new agent onboarding and guide them through the Agent in Training program, ensuring they have the systems, knowledge, and accountability to succeed.


This position requires strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with a results-driven mindset and a passion for developing others.
