Lansing, MI

Farmers Insurance District 40 is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Recruitment Associate to join our team.
This is more than a recruiting role-it's an opportunity to build relationships, identify top talent, and help connect individuals with rewarding careers in insurance. If you enjoy talking with people, solving problems, and working toward measurable goals, you'll thrive in this position.
Whether you have recruiting experience or come from a sales, customer service, or business development background, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
As a Recruitment Associate, you'll play a key role in identifying and attracting talent while helping agency owners grow their businesses.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and career goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with Farmers agency owners to understand their hiring needs and recommend qualified candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipelines using recruiting and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout each stage of the hiring process.
  • Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline performance.
  • Continuously learn and implement recruiting strategies to improve results.
