Now Hiring: Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Specialist
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Specialist to join our busy medical practice. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients while supporting insurance and referral processes.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
(Full-time, 5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient check-in and check-out
  • Insurance verification and eligibility checks
  • Help coordinate and manage patient referrals
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Collecting co-pays and updating patient information
  • Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
  • Experience with insurance verification required
  • Previous front desk or medical office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Fluent in Spanish
