MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST & INSURANCE SPECIALIST- BILINGUAL- Conroe Location
About Our Practice
We are a busy and patient-centered family medical office committed to providing high-quality care in a welcoming environment. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly bilingual Medical Office Receptionist and Insurance Specialist to be the first point of contact for our patients.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in/out patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and collect co-pays
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle basic administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and HIPAA-compliant front office

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual Required (English and Spanish)
  • Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification is a plus
