Job Description

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Medical Receptionist / Insurance Verification specialist to join our healthcare team in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and insurance verification processes.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule patient appointments accurately.
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
  • Collect and update patient demographic and insurance information.
