RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate Progress via Basecamp
- Assist with planning and maintaining a content calendar around competitions and camps
- Source and edit photos/videos from events for social use
- Track basic engagement metrics and share performance updates
- Stay current on social media trends relevant to dance, sports, and events
- Utilize Canva to draft and create content
- Collaborate remotely with the marketing and events teams to align content with upcoming events
- Assist with additional social media and marketing projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An eye for engaging visual content
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook from a content-creation standpoint
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with self-managed hours
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to jump in wherever needed
