Greenway Kia Franklin is hiring a Full Time Receptionist with Clerical Duties!

The Receptionist sets the tone for our dealership by being the welcoming first impression for our guests. We are looking for a mature, consistently reliable, customer service focused receptionist. This position will also complete administrative duties as assigned such as filing, data entry, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
  • Answers incoming telephone calls and greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner.
  • Is an outstanding listener and information source.
  • Helps customers and visitors by interacting with them in a professional, courteous manner and contacting the correct personnel with exceptional customer service.
  • Communicates with the sales team to direct the flow of customers
  • Help the Accounting department with clerical duties
  • Provides administrative assistance as needed

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in a position of similar responsibility (front desk, administrative assistant, high volume reception, etc.). Candidates must have:

  • a pleasant and courteous outgoing personality
  • strong administrative and organizational skills
  • strong phone and computer skills

QUALIFICATIONS:
