We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our Personal and Commercial Insurance Agency. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating positive customer experience while supporting our service and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

Assist clients with general questions and route requests to the appropriate team member.

Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.

Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.

Maintain accurate client records and update information in the agency management system.

Scan, upload, and organize policy documents.

Support Personal and Commercial Lines staff with administrative tasks.

Process payments and provide receipts when needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Assist with other office duties and special projects as assigned.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, or insurance office experience preferred.
