Job description

Position Summary: Process a wide range of registration functions involving multiple programs, policies and practices involving patient encounters and provider scheduling. The Receptionist - Centralized Scheduling is accountable to the Registration Manager for accuracy of registration processes as they relate to the revenue cycle and is directly responsible to the Manager - Centralized Scheduling for daily registration operations and accountable to Director of Communications for department objectives.
  • Accurately handle 60-100 calls per day including incoming and outgoing volume
  • Maintain department standard audit error rate
  • Maintain a not ready time of 25% or less (IE, 6 hours for an 8-hour work schedule)
  • Maintain Holzer attendance policy
  • Accurately schedule for assigned queue while delivering highest level of customer service

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in service related field preferred
