Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and technically competent Project Manager to lead residential and commercial audio-visual and smart home integration projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate across teams, manage client expectations, and ensure all installations are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee AV and smart home system installations
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, field technicians, vendors, and clients
  • Interpret construction drawings, AV system designs, and scope documents
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and change orders
  • Conduct site visits, kickoff meetings, and quality control inspections
  • Manage client communication and satisfaction throughout the project
  • Document project progress and closeout documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience managing AV, smart home, or low-voltage projects
  • Knowledge of AV control systems (Crestron, Control4, Lutron, etc.)
  • Familiarity with networking, distributed audio/video, lighting control, and automation
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to read construction plans and system schematics
