Project Manager - Commercial Signage and Construction
Location: Deerfield Beach Preferred, Full-Time - Hybrid and Remote considered
Trademark Sign LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with experience in commercial signage and construction to join our dynamic and growing team. The role is ideal for someone with a background in commercial signage and construction, and a passion for delivering high-quality, visually impactful projects from conception to completion.
Job Summary
Trademark Sign Project Managers are truly unique. Each operates independently to help our customers reach their end goals through budget & milestone tracking, permit coordination, and scheduling of site work, but is still part of a larger team, contributing to process improvement and hitting company targets. Project managers are the heartbeat of our organization and must prove themselves to be go-getters with positive attitudes and the drive to excel. Our niche industry requires project managers to have a wide range of skills and knowledge.
Project Manager Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure project success
  • Oversee and track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines throughout the project lifecycle (permitting, fabrication, and installation)
  • Maintain detailed cost tracking to ensure alignment with project budget
  • Handle accurate data entry and maintain up-to -date project records, files and documentation
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Interpret and work from engineered drawings and sign plans
  • Scheduling and coordination of site work
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience in the signage or construction industry
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, with coursework in business, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or project management preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus but not required
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • 5+ years successfully working within a project schedule and/or budget
  • 5+ year business-to-business communication and service
  • 5+ year managing and meeting milestones and deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to think innovatively and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read construction documents and site plans
  • Ability to Read & Understand Technical & Contractual Language / Information
