Program Manager
Position Summary
KeenLogic is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a federal program at the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for task orders supporting CBO's Scalable Enterprise Network Technology for Resiliency (SENTRY) initiative, ensuring successful delivery of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, service desk, and engineering services across multiple projects and workstreams.
The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between CBO stakeholders and contractor personnel, overseeing project planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and contract execution. This role will coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage concurrent initiatives, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that support CBO's enterprise IT modernization and cybersecurity objectives. This position combines strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight to drive successful outcomes across a dynamic portfolio of mission-critical technology initiatives.
Candidates must be able to support on-site work as-needed in Washington, DC. This position supports a long-term federal contract, offering up to five years of continued work. This is a full-time position with an anticipated start date of August 15, 2026. Job Duties and Tasks
Lead project planning activities, including defining project objectives, requirements, timelines, deliverables, and implementation strategies.
Coordinate and oversee multiple concurrent IT, cybersecurity, cloud, network engineering, and service desk initiatives supporting CBO's SENTRY program.
Monitor project performance, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with contract requirements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while developing and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
Support contract administration activities, including task order management, staffing coordination, and performance monitoring across the program.
Develop and maintain project documentation, policies, procedures, and work instructions to support ongoing operations and program success.
