About the Role

As Director of Rehabilitation, you'll lead the therapy department while continuing to treat within your discipline. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an experienced clinician ready to grow into (or continue in) a leadership position.

We are open to the following disciplines:

  • Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Occupational Therapist (OTR)
  • Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
What You'll Do
  • Lead daily operations of the rehab department
  • Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and federal regulations
  • Mentor and develop therapy staff
  • Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
  • Drive outcomes-based, patient-centered care
  • Maintain documentation and clinical excellence
What We're Looking For
  • Licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA (Virginia)
  • Prior experience in SNF, LTC, or post-acute care required
