Blue Yonder Title: Program Manager – Product Implementation Programs

Location: Virtual within the US

Travel: 30% domestic travel, dependent on customer need

Overview
Blue Yonder\'s Supply Chain Manufacturing Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Program Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the coordination and delivery of multiple Blue Yonder Product implementation programs for our manufacturing customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and that they meet the needs of our customers. You will also manage program timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
 

Scope

  • Oversee the coordination and execution of multiple customer programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with technical development leads and cross-functional teams across geographical locations to plan and develop program scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, and budgets.
  • Deliver value propositions to customers defined within the scope of the program


Our Current Technical Environment

  • Usage of SAFe and Agile methodologies for program management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aha.
  • Engagement with AI/ML systems and supply chain management technologies to enhance decision-making and process automation.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple Blue Yonder Product implementation programs for global manufacturing customers
  • Work closely with customer and internal cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope
  • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
  • Develop and track progress against program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives


What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field
  • Supply Chain industry experience is required
  • Demonstrated experience in conlifct management and resolution for internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in managing Planning and Execution Solutions
  • Experience with program management, including timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in consulting or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $172,873.06

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
