Job Description
As a Sales Producer, you will be an employee of the agency and not of Farmers Insurance or its affiliates. Agency staff members perform the fundamental role of servicing customers, supporting the agency owner, and building strong relationships within the community.Sales Producers have the opportunity to work as a member of a team of professionals focused on providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes. Full time position: Commissions + Residuals + Lucrative Bonuses
Key Responsibilities• Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction• Handle and process all leads (in person, phone, sales, service, etc.) in a timely manner• Deepening relationships with customers by selling additional products• Demonstrate strong communication skills• Providing excellent customer service by processing payments and reporting claims• Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed• Cross-selling existing customers with other Farmers products and brokered products where available• Participate in weekly meetings• Prospecting ad generating new business through leads and referrals• Generating accurate quotes at high volumes• Work well in a team environment and cultivate relationships with others• Demonstrate a passion to discuss an insured's need for life insurance• Maintain proper time management and execute follow up• Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems
Qualifications
Qualifications• Candidate should be self-motivated and driven, reliable and have a positive attitude• Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience• Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs• Strong computer skills• Must have the ability to multi-task• Strong organizational skills• Property and Casualty/Life and Health licenses with one year minimum insurance agency experience preferred (unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain licenses may also be considered)• Previous sales experience is a plus. Insurance experience preferred but not necessary with a proven sales background• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
