You are adept at navigating ambiguity, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, communicating with executives, and influencing stakeholders at all levels to ensure success.

You are not only confident and decisive but also demonstrates the intellectual curiosity to ask critical-even obvious-questions that challenge assumptions and clarify direction. You exhibit a strong sense of ownership, balancing results-driven execution with the emotional intelligence needed to build trust and cohesion across cross-functional teams.

You are an exceptional communicator with executive presence and the ability to engage senior leadership through clear, insightful presentations and strategic counsel. You have deep experience delivering complex transformations to high-expectation clients, you understand that great organization and communication are essential to shaping effective delivery strategies and managing engagements end-to-end-from planning through realization of value. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide program-level leadership and direction to cross-functional consulting teams, including subject matter experts, senior consultants, and technical specialists, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational priorities.
  • Forge strong partnerships across internal divisions and with external stakeholders to drive cohesive, outcome-oriented engagement strategies.
  • Design and oversee holistic engagement plans for high-impact transformations, balancing priorities and resource capabilities while empowering team members to contribute their unique expertise to the broader delivery vision.
  • Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure high-impact utilization, scalability, and overall project efficiency across portfolios.
  • Partner with Consulting Leadership, Sales, Delivery, and Executive stakeholders to scope engagements, validate strategic alignment, and finalize resource and budget estimates.
  • Provide executive oversight of project financials, including budget governance, risk management, and revenue optimization across engagements.
  • Set and enforce an engagement's delivery milestones, ensuring timelines are proactively managed and continuously aligned with evolving client needs; and hold team members accountable for delivery quality and communication.
  • Deliver high-quality, data-driven project performance insights through executive-level reporting and strategic control metrics.
  • Lead client communication with executive presence, fostering trust and transparency through consistent, value-driven interactions.
  • Continuously build domain and solution expertise, enabling thought leadership and credibility as an engagement leader. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive project leadership experience, preferably within the technology, insurance, or financial services sectors, with a track record of driving business transformation.
  • At least 10 years of experience leading complex solution delivery or consulting engagements at the intersection of business and technology, with direct accountability for executive stakeholder management and value realization.
  • Domain expertise in Annuities, Life Insurance, and/or broader financial services, with the ability to guide strategic decision-making and delivery execution in regulated, customer-centric environments.
  • Proficient in leveraging advanced project and program management methodologies and tools, including enterprise platforms such as MS Project, advanced Excel modeling, and executive reporting through visual storytelling in PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment across C-level stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, matrixed environments, demonstrating organizational agility, high accountability, and a commitment to driving outcomes through effective time and priority management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
