Overview

Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid.

Providing intelligence, IT, cyber security, training, logistics, administrative, acquisition, and background investigation services. 

Summary:

Serves as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage all aspects of task order execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with Government KO, COR, and other agency representatives to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
  • Lead project teams in implementing cyber resilience strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD standards and directives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to Government leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and Government management personnel.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity frameworks and resilience strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
  • Certification: Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.)
  • Experience: Five (5) years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Investigative Requirement: Must possess a Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3 (T3)/NACLC/ANACI
  • Clearence: Secret

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field and/or additional certifications.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000.
