Position Overview:

The MTSC (Medical Simulation Training Center) MIOSS Program Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the medical training and simulation programs. The program manager serves as the primary point of contact between the government to ensure that contractual requirements are met in support of the program. This position is contingent upon contract award.


Responsibilities:

  • Provides supervision of the MSTC Instructor/Operator personnel.
  • Manage all aspects, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation, on the program in accordance with the PWS.
  • Manage the delivery of medical simulation training programs supporting Combat Medics, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), and other related military medical training.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and government regulations.
  • Review training programs for effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the maintenance and inventory of training aids, devices, simulators, and simulations (TADSS).
  • All other duties assigned within the scope of the program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of program management experience supporting DOW or military contracts.
  • Prior experience as a 68W Combat Medic or 18D.
  • Deep knowledge of Army medical doctrine, TCCC guidelines, and training support packages (TSPs).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
