Your Role
  • You will work at the intersection between business, technology, and the customer to deliver profitable and usable products that customers love.
Your Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of products and services.
  • Collaborating with a core team of product stakeholders to evaluate opportunities for new and existing products.
  • Developing ideas from customers, market research, and internal sources to drive product development and growth.
  • Serving as the product owner during product updates and releases, conveying vision, prioritizing functionality, and release plans, and reviewing functionality prior to release.
  • Partnering with IT to have a balanced backlog of business and technical initiatives.
  • Facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions to create balance between user wants, client needs, technical level of effort, and timelines.
  • Serving as the customer and stakeholder advocate on projects.
  • Meeting with customers to conduct research and usability testing aimed at aligning product design with customer needs.
  • Creating both external and internal communications about upcoming releases.
  • Providing product support and subject matter expertise in resolving inquiries from internal staff.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize workflows, problem-solving, and productivity.
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product from ideation to launch.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Product Owner working in Agile/ Scrum environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in road mapping, prioritization, and user story documentation.
  • Technical background with experience in web-based application development.
  • Experience with API products is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing data analysis, with proficiency using SQL to query and interpret datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in finance or with a fintech company is a plus.
