Job description

*This is an ON-SITE position in our Reston, VA office
APPTIUM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager I to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in the product lifecycle, including product planning, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our products meet market demands and align with business goals.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Product Management Support: Assist in the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive products, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure product specifications are met and timelines are adhered to.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams, providing updates on product status, performance, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of product specifications, changes, and project updates.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback to refine product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
