Description
  1. Handle routine customer inquiries, questions and problems.
  2. Processing loan and participation payments.
  3. Maintain and process titled collateral.
  4. Provide secretarial support for loan officers.
  5. Proofread loans - Personal, auto and commercial loans.
  6. Scan loan files into Document Management System.
  7. Track errors and omissions policy for bank vendors.
  8. Track all business assets (ABA) insurance policies for commercial loans.
  9. Monthly reports compiled and distributed.
  10. Sort and mail statements and notices to borrowers.
  11. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  1. High School Degree
  2. One to three years' experience working in banking, credit unions, real estate agencies, or mortgage companies.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Basic computer experience.
