AmeriPro Roofing an industry leader in exterior home remodeling for over two decades, is now hiring a Mortgage & Insurance Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Support team. In this role you will be supporting homeowners through the mortgage insurance funds (Loss Draft) process by coordinating mortgage company requirements, processing documentation, tracking payments, constant communication and ensuring funds are released as efficiently as possible.
The Mortgage & Insurance Operations Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity for beginning a career in operations, mortgage processing, insurance administration, or customer service. No previous experience required, we provide comprehensive training.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary $48,000 / Per Year + Bonus
  • Full Insurance Benefits

Essential Responsibilities:
Mortgage Check & Shipment Processing
  • Log incoming checks and verify documentation accuracy.
  • Prepare endorsement packages and submit within deadlines.
  • Track outgoing shipments and delivery confirmations.
Mortgage Company Coordination
  • Contact lenders for endorsements, requirements, and fund status.
  • Maintain regular follow-up schedules with financial institutions.
  • Update internal tracking systems daily.
Homeowner Communication & Service
  • Contact homeowners for signatures, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Educate customers on the mortgage release process.
  • Provide high-quality customer service throughout the project.
Inspection Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections with homeowners and inspectors.
  • Monitor completion and submit reports to mortgage companies
Data Entry & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate records and update BuildFly and Service Titan.
  • Document notes from every individual customer interaction.
  • Upload required project documents and maintained spreadsheets.
Payment & Collections Support
  • Notify homeowners immediately upon receipt of mortgage funds.
  • Assist team with final project payment collections.
  • Support operations with regular account updates.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written, verbal and phone communication
  • High attention to detail & ability to work on multiple deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Service or Administration
  • Industry experience (mortgage, insurance, banking, title, or construction fields)
  • Experience using CRM or workflow software
