What Success in our Operations Manager Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc. 

Leads effective branch operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service in an effort to build client loyalty. Effectively monitors and controls expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities while utilizing best practices, systems and dashboards to mitigate financial risks. Fosters a culture of safety, teamwork, and growth. Excels in problem-solving and process improvement, driving innovation and efficiency.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Company Operations: Develops and implements strategies to drive revenue growth in service offerings. Creates and executes action plans to achieve established financial targets including gross margin, overhead and working capital as a percentage of revenue. Accountable for organizational performance in accordance with company standards, driving long-term client loyalty and growth, team member engagement, and financial results.
• Financial Management:
Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for operations departments. Monitors financial performance and analyze variances to ensure alignment with budgetary goals. Implements cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements to maximize profitability.
• Operational Efficiency:
Ensures high quality operational standards by following best practices to maximize workflows, technology, and information to continuously improve branch performance. Manages key performance indicators to ensure consistency between locations and adherence to the TWC Way. This includes daily service ticket review, maintaining hold board statuses, attending 3:00 meetings, and following dispatch best practices.
• Safety Leadership:
Promotes a culture of safety through continuous coaching, motivation, and setting clear expectations that are aligned to compliance and best practice. Ensures staff members complete safety training and comply with policies and procedures. Regularly monitors and evaluates technicians for safety compliance and documents within company systems.

Requirements:

•5-7 years of service operations leadership experience
•Bachelor's Degree or Technical Training Program Completion
