Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy and growing insurance office. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys improving processes, supporting a team, and keeping an office running efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflows
  • Support and manage customer service representatives and account managers
  • Assist with payroll, employee time off, and commission tracking
  • Perform bookkeeping and account reconciliations
  • Maintain licensing compliance for agency staff
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, travel, and scheduling
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Help create an exceptional experience for both employees and clients

Qualifications

  • Previous office management experience (insurance industry strongly preferred)
