High volume debt collection Firm, headquartered in Pompano Beach, Fl is seeking a highly motivated and professional Negotiator to manage both outbound and inbound calls with consumers. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate payment solutions, build rapport, and negotiate arrangements that align with company policies and consumer needs. Previous collections experience and knowledge of the FDCPA is preferred but not required.

Salary commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.
